What you’ll do

Join us in redefining oncology care for our patients.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions and specialists, ensuring patients have access to innovative therapies within oncology.

As a KAM, you will manage oncology-focused centers and patient pathways, identifying medical needs and business opportunities. Your mission is to deliver value-driven solutions aligned with the objectives of decision-makers and foster long-term collaborations across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, and other specialists).
  • Identify needs and opportunities to improve the positioning of our products in oncology.
  • Present products through effective omnichannel engagement (visits, virtual meetings, roundtables).
  • Map patient pathways and intervention points to ensure timely access to therapies.
  • Prepare and update strategic account plans, reporting progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Franchise Leads).
  • Represent the Oncology portfolio at national and regional oncology congresses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Your profile

Requirements:

  • Previous KAM/MSR experience in Oncology or other therapeutic areas like Urology, Hematology, Biologics or Rare Diseases. .
  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or Biology.
  • Strong strategic mindset, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Hungary.
  • Fluent Hungarian & English
